A BRIXTON-BASED STREET FOOD COMPANY

Ibérico Jack was formed out of a passion for Spanish food in 2013. Our mission is to produce gourmet, high-quality and flavoursome dishes using 100% natural chorizo and cuts of meat from the Ibérico pig across markets, private events and festivals. We work with a number of small artisan producers across the Iberian peninsular to ensure authenticity and traceability. Our gluten free cooking chorizo is made by Catalana de Embutidos in the north of Cataluña and sourced by Brindisa in the UK.
